毎年恒例となっている日本デザインセンター様の忘年会ケータリング。 2025年のテーマは「バブル」です。
「ジュリアナ東京」と「キネマ倶楽部」を掛け合わせたような、エネルギッシュで華やかな世界観を、フード・ドリンク・ディスプレイのトータル演出で表現しました。
会場を彩るのは、カサブランカと赤い薔薇、そして煌びやかに光るディスプレイ。ゴテゴテとした質感の銀皿を並べ、かつての狂騒を彷彿とさせる「モリモリ・イケイケ・ギラギラ」な空間を作り上げました。
料理もその世界観に合わせ、ローストビーフの山や、喫茶店風のナポリタン、エビピラフ、三角サンドイッチといった、どこか懐かしくも豪華なメニューをラインナップ。 細部にもこだわり、昔懐かしい「サーベルピック」を刺したピンチョスや、シャンパンタワー、チョコレートファウンテンなど、バブル時代の熱量を視覚と味覚で楽しめる構成としています。
NDCのクリエイティブチームによる、ストーリーやコピーが細部まで作り込まれた質の高い企画案をもとに、モコメシとしても最大限の熱量でその世界観を具現化しました。
The theme for the annual Nippon Design Center (NDC) year-end party in 2025 was "The Bubble."
The concept was an energetic and glamorous fusion of legendary Tokyo nightlife icons: Juliana’s Tokyo meets the Tokyo Kinema Club. We translated this into a total experience through food, drink, and spatial design.
The venue was transformed into a flamboyant space with glowing displays, Casablanca lilies, and deep red roses. We utilized ornate silver platters and maximalist decorations to recreate the "flashy and feverish" atmosphere of Japan’s bubble era.
The menu echoed this nostalgic luxury, featuring a "mountain" of roast beef, classic cafe-style Neapolitan pasta, shrimp pilaf, and traditional triangular sandwiches. From pintxos pierced with vintage "saber" picks to a towering champagne pyramid and a chocolate fountain, every detail was designed to be visually striking and high-energy.
Collaborating with NDC’s creative team—whose planning involved meticulously crafted stories and catchphrases—Mocomeshi poured its full creative passion into bringing this vibrant world to life.
