食べ終わった後も美しいケータリング。当初からモコメシが大事にしているポイントです。今回は食べ物を包んだ紙を落ち葉に見立てました。会場内に用意した枝葉のディスプレイに包み紙を捨てると、レセプションが終わった頃には落葉で彩られたテーブルが現れます。
“Catering that is beautiful even after the guests eat” is a critical factor for Mokomeshi from its start. This time, we imagined the wrapping paper to be fallen leaves and as the guests throw away the wrapping paper near the braches decorating the tables, the space is left with tables decorated with colorful leaves.
