10年来ご依頼をいただいている日本デザインセンター様の忘年会ケータリング。今年もテーマに合わせた、フード・ドリンク・ディスプレイのトータル演出を担当しました。 2024年のテーマは「ゲーム」。「RPGの世界観」をもとに、「ドラゴンの城」と「水の都」という2つのエリアを会場内に構成しました。 ドラゴンの城テーブル 豪快な骨付き肉や山盛りのローストビーフに加え、“食べられるドラゴンの卵の殻”をあしらった卵料理を盛り込み、ダークで重厚感のあるファンタジー空間を演出。手づかみで楽しむような「冒険者の祝宴」をイメージしたテーブルです。 水の都テーブル 対照的に「水の都」は、海の幸をふんだんに使用した贅沢なラインナップ。オマール海老やムール貝の白ワイン蒸し、グリルサーモン、ちらし寿司などを繊細に盛り込み、水と光を感じる世界を表現しました。
Dragon’s Castle Table
This dramatic table setting featured hearty bone-in meats, piles of roast beef, and even egg dishes served in “edible dragon egg shells.” Designed to evoke a bold fantasy atmosphere, the table resembled a feast held in a mighty castle—a celebration fit for adventurers.
City of Water Table
In contrast, the “City of Water” table showcased the bounty of the sea with a luxurious spread of seafood. Guests enjoyed lobster, white wine-steamed mussels, grilled salmon, and chirashi sushi, all beautifully presented to reflect a shimmering world of water and light.
