「五島の鯛で出汁をとったなんにでもあうカレー」のオンラインサイトのためのイメージカット調理及びスタイリングをしました。お刺身でも食べられるほど新鮮な鯛のアラと、牛骨でとった出汁、そしてスパイスを煮込んで作ったカレールーは、いろいろな料理へ展開ができるのが特徴です。
I directed the dishes for a photo shoot made for the online website, "Curry that goes well with anything, using red snapper broth". Using the broth made from bones and scraps of fresh red snapper and beef bones, I stewed it well with spices so it can be made into other dishes.
