NOHGA HOTEL UENO の朝食ビュッフェのスタイリングをさせていただきました。
ホテル１階のBistro NOHGA は、地元の老舗や名店で製造・販売されている佃煮、お漬物、お味噌、お米、コーヒー豆、などなどを取り入れたメニューが楽しめる、ちょっと変わったビストロです。
今回は開業１周年を迎えるにあたり、朝食ビュッフェのスタイリングを一新するお手伝いをしました。すでにあるメニューは全く変えずに、ディスプレイの変更だけで見せ方を変えるというお仕事です。普段のケータリングで大きなテーブルに盛り付けをする感覚で、グリーンの使い方に工夫をしたり、高低差を生かしたディスプレイにしています。黒い鉄のディスプレイ台はお隣墨田区の「中村仲製作所」に作っていただきました。

Bistro NOHGA, located on the first floor of this hotel, is a bistro where you can enjoy a menu that incorporates pickles, miso, rice, coffee beans, etc., made at a local store.
This time, I renewed the breakfast buffet styling, making the appearance attractive by changing the display only, without changing the existing menu. The black display stand was made by “Nakamura Naka Seisakusho” in the neighboring Sumida Ward.
